Bible Verse: Psalm 34: 1-22 “I will bless the Lord at all times, His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
Very often, people think Leadership is a bed of roses, where you receive praise, promotion, and wealth. Being a leader is like being a dustbin, all the refuse is dumped there, but it makes the best manure. As a leader, when things are good, you enjoy it. When things are bad, you suffer it. When someone else makes a mistake, you deal with it.
Leading with worship means Praising God when things are good, and when they are bad. The same mouth that can speak Blessings, can also speak curses. The devil wants us to use our mouth to hook our destiny, to stop us moving. As a leader, you must be prepared for Battle. As you grow in the Lord, troubles will try you. But you must remember that any trouble that is coming is not your headache. His promises are Signed and Sealed. TAKE IT TO HIM.
“This poor cried out and the Lord heard him and saved him out of all his troubles.” “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.”
He didn’t say some trouble, trouble of tomorrow, trouble in 20 years from now. He said, ALL trouble. He didn’t say “He will” save you. He said He has SAVED you.
Finally, God gives the power to make wealth. It is the same God that gives the power to enjoy it. Some people make wealth, but can’t enjoy it. Getting to the Top is not a problem, Staying there? Now, that takes a different level of Grace. It is leading with worship that will keep this Grace.
